English Material: Tour Guide

 Hello everyone !!

Right now, i want to share about my English lesson: Tour Guide. First we learned how to speak each word correctly from a text and translate some word that we find difficult to understand, so we can know what the meaning behind those words.

The next step is creating our own text about being a tour guide, using a template  given by our teacher.

Semarang Trip

Hello everyone. On behalf of kencana Tours I'd like to welcome you all to Semarang. Before we start let me introduce myself my name is Yohanna Sekar  and i will be your Tour guide today. The bus ride to your destination is about fifteen minutes. Right now I'd like to take some minute to familiarize you with the area and discuss some brief safety precautions. First, I want that you remain seated and not eat or drink while on the bus. Secondly, please follow your schedule. Enjoy your vacation.

I promise you are going to enjoy your stay here in Semarang. Today we are going to visit Old city. Old city is a perfect destination if you want to know about historical place. Inside Old city we have many different kind of places. Such as Blenduk Church, 3D trick art museum, Retro cafe, Tawang Train Station and many more.

Don't worry about the souvenir shop because we have it there and you can visit it once you arrive.

That's just short opening from me and any question about our destination or something?

Tourist A: sorry, i want to buy some souvenir later but i don't have rupiah is that a problem?

Tour guide: honestly its not a big problem, but i recommend you to exchange some dolar to rupiah in bank near here or use your credit card.

Tourist A: Thank you

Tour guide: Any question again?

Tourist B: May i ask? Do you have recommended place where i can take a best picture? 

Tour Guide: Yess of course i have, i recommend you to try take some picture with old bicycle around Blenduk Church.

Tour B: Oh i never try that before, i must try it Thank you.

Tour guide: Your welcome, Any more questions? If not please prepare your bag because in five minutes we will reach our hotel. Double check everything and make sure you not left anything behind.When we arrive at hotel my friend Ivan will help you with your bag. See you tomorrow and enjoy your vacation.

Personally, i think the lesson is quite hard. I'm the type of person that more comfortable learning english based on writing than speaking. But i must learn speaking english little by little from now on and upgrade my skill.

Thats my opinion about English Material today. I apologize if i made any mistakes and do some inappropriate thing while writing this blog.
